We have been in our house for about four weeks now. We have have made lots of improvements already. The yard was so grown up. The grass was like three feet tall and hasn't been cut in a year. There were goat heads all over the yard. We kept tracking them into the house. Andrew had to cut the yard about four times before it actually looked decent. The limes haven't been cut since who knows when. You couldn't even see the house from the road. Even the flower beds were all grown up. It looks so much better now, Andrew has been working really hard.
Our house is 1900 sq. feet with a 2 car garage and a 24 by 24 building with 2.5 acres. It's 3 bedroom with 2.5 baths. We are enjoying it very much. We already feel at home.

Here is a recent picture of our house.
